A small house in Bucharest on an underdeveloped lot. An economical, low budget house. The focus is on indoor-outdoor communication, both on the ground floor and the first floor. The sarpanta is extended by sunshades that shade the facades, increasing interior comfort on hot days. The wooden elements have small sections and are used in sleeves, so that they are easy to maintain and replace by the owner during the period of use of the house. The colors are warm and the proposed natural textures dialog with the nature in the backyard and on the street.
